Shipping Information

* * Currently we are only offering shipping to the United States. Our goal is to resume shipping internationally in the near future. Please stay tuned.

* Standard Shipping: 2 weeks, depending on location.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.
PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $90 or more. Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive and process your order

*Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2 weeks. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way

*Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via customerservice@bellebarorganic.com We can give you the inside info.

*We cannot provide you with an email to a tracking number until your order has been fully processed and is ready for shipment. Once your order has been processed you will then receive an email with a tracking number. You mostly likely not receive an email with a tracking number before 2 weeks AFTER you have placed your order.

*Please choose to add the $3.00 signature confirmation option if you are wary about your package being delivered due to potential theft or issues with your home post office. We can no longer offer refunds or replacement orders for packages that says delivered but you haven't received them. * DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY

* Insurance coverage is provided against loss, damage, or missing contents and is limited to a maximum liability of $100.00. This coverage is being offered by the USPS and can only be filled by them. You will have to file an insurance claim with the USPS. To file an insurance claim with the USPS please click here.

* Incorrect address information will cause late deliveries of your package. If your package cannot be delivered it is returned to us via USPS and we will have to reship it to you. Unfortunately, this process takes longer than traditionally mailing a package. We cannot ship you your order until your package has been redelivered to us and then we can ship it out to you. If you are unsure if you entered in the right address information please email us your correct address as soon as possible and if your order has not already gone out for shipment we will change it. WHY WASN'T MY TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATED? please check later because the shipping company needs time to update the information. You will not see updates on orders leaving the United Staes.

* Please contact your local post office or the shipping courier directly asap with your tracking number.

* Please make sure a neighbor has not signed for your package or your package has not been left by your mailbox. If not please reach out to your local post office directly asap with the tracking number. We cannot help you until you reach out to your local post office and get more information.

* If you missed your package, please check with your local shipping company or postal office with the tracking number to pick up your parcel as soon as possible.
