Shipping Information

To arrive by December 25, theUnited States Postal Servicesaid packages need to be shipped by Dec. 15 for ground service, Dec. 17 for first-class mail service, Dec. 18 for priority mail service and Dec. 23 for priority mail express service, for the contiguous 48 states — the same as last year, despite expected shipping delays.

To be on the cautious side order sooner rather than later. Shipping delays are EXPECTED this year due to supply chain issues caused by the pandemic. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for shipping delay from the shipping carriers.

We ship to the US and Canada

Standard shipping: processing and shipping is typically next day. Orders only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday- excluding Federal Holidays

Domestic orders under $90 range between $6- $8. Domestic orders over $91 ship free standard

*Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via customerservice@bellebarorganic.com We can give you the inside info.

*We cannot provide you with an email to a tracking number until your order has been fully processed and is ready for shipment. Once your order has been processed you will then receive an email with a tracking number.

Insurance coverage is provided through ROUTE against loss, damage, or missing contents. Insurance coverage is based off of the amount of the order. Claims can be filed directly from an email that is sent via email or directly from the ROUTE app.

Incorrect address information will cause late delivery of your order. If your package cannot be delivered it will be returned to us via the carrier that it was shipped with. Once we receive your “undeliverable order”, only then will your order be reshipped to you. If you are unsure about your shipping information, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. 

* Please contact your local post office or the shipping courier directly asap with your tracking number.

* Please make sure a neighbor has not signed for your package or your package has not been left by your mailbox. If not please reach out to your local post office directly asap with the tracking number. We cannot help you until you reach out to your local post office and get more information.

* If you missed your package, please check with your local shipping company or postal office with the tracking number to pick up your parcel as soon as possible.
